Welcome to ICOCN'2025, Zhangjiajie（张家界）!

International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. It has been held annually tracing from 2002.

The 23rd ICOCN (ICOCN'2025) will be held in Zhangjiajie (China), during July 28-31, 2025. Nine tracks are being arranged in the conference with the topics covering fiber optics, optical communications and networks, fiber sensors and lasers, optoelectronics, optical signal processing, microwave photonics, space communication, and quantum photonics.

Zhangjiajie is renowned for its stunning natural beauty and rich cultural heritage in northwest Hunan Province, China. It is home to the world-famous Wulingyuan Scenic Area, featuring unique quartz sandstone peaks, lush forests, and crystal-clear streams. One of its highlights is Tianmen Mountain, known for its awe-inspiring natural karst caves and the world's longest cableway.
